How game day works
Organizer
- 01
Create the event
Divisions, courts, entry fee and team cap, from the dashboard.
- 02
Open a division
Check-in starts. Players enter the poster code on their ticket, or you scan the QR on it.
- 03
Courts fill themselves
The next two teams in line are called to a free court. No team ever waits on a court alone.
- 04
Tap the winner
One tap per game. A tap on a called game also starts it.
- 05
The database runs the rotation
Winner stays on, loser goes to the back. At the streak limit both rotate off, winner just ahead.
- 06
Approve payments
Screenshot proofs land in an inbox: approve, reject with a reason, mark cash, release expired holds.
- 07
Undo
The last action puts courts, queues and tallies back the way they were.
Player
- 01
Scan the poster
The QR opens the event page. Register your team on your phone; nothing to install.
- 02
Pay by transfer
Upload a screenshot of the confirmation. Your slot is held while you pay.
- 03
Save your ticket link
It is your team’s identity: no account, no password. Lost it? Get a new one from the event page.
- 04
Check in at the venue
Enter the poster code, or show the QR on your ticket to the desk.
- 05
Watch your place in line
Your ticket updates itself as games finish.
- 06
Get called to a court
Your phone and the TV both say “Court 3”. Head over.
- 07
Between games
Take a break and rejoin at the back, or withdraw. Standings stay live.
Everyone in the hall
The live board runs in a browser tab on any TV: courts, who is up next, and standings, updated as results come in.
